The drop off location has been great. They get you in and out quickly with my Amazon returns. Staff is courteous and they seal up my box for me. Great service!

I have never received anything on time from them . Between 1 and 5 pm usually means 9:30 pm or the next day. I plan my day around a delivery and waste a day.
