General manager was the rudest I’ve ever encountered. No hot water. Room smelled and had to be sprayed.

I recently stayed at the Best Western, and I was thoroughly impressed.When the power went out in my town, stopped by this pet-friendly hotel, and the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly kind. The room was clean and comfortable, especially considering the snowstorm outside. They had water and lights. I appreciated the hot shower and the early check-out. A special shout-out to William I at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. He even made me coffee at 4 am . And to make sure that I drove carefully back home.

My daughter and I visited family for the weekend. We needed a hotel that would take her 8 month old puppy but still met our needs as a clean and nice place. This Best Western did not disappoint. It was clean and smelled nice. Beds were very comfortable. I loved the floors in the room ( no carpet). Very friendly and efficient lady checked us in. Will stay here every time we are in town.

Great place to stay. We were there for two days and enjoy that we were between Dallas & Fort Worth, so we could visit both locations. We did use the pool but was missing the hot tub. That’s ok, as we didn’t book this hotel for the eater activities.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and quiet, with easy access to the freeway, the hiking trails on the river, and the downtown music venues and restaurants. It is also an easy drive to the minor league baseball in Round Rock and the music, museums, and athletic events in Austin in Austin.
