I offer individual and group psychotherapy and medication management and work in close collaboration if there is a non-medical therapist. Group therapy is especially valuable, offering a secure, supportive environment to understand behavioral problems interfering with richer, more rewarding relationships and using those insights for a healthier life. I am not affiliated with any insurance networks, but most patients have insurance coverage. My patients pay at the time of service, and my office files with any insurance company to allow patient reimbursement of what their policy permits.
