Great food such as grilled quail stuffed with goat cheese and shiitake mushrooms, chicken-and-andouille-sausage gumbo, chicken-and-apple sausage on cheddar-scallion mashed potatoes with a shallot demi-glace; and steamed mussels with fresh ginger-and-lemongrass broth.
