The location was perfect for visiting Monticello. Gorgeous historical site, great food, and super friendly staff. The room was well appointed, loved the original brick floors and the turn down service while we were at dinner. Heartily recommend.

Our meeting with their Event Planner Phyllis was unlike any other professional in the business. She simply was the best ever by being welcoming and complete in detailing the property and the event flow possibilities. Her real life take on suggesting what is important and not to make the event successful at THE Clifton was cherished. And her directness to that point was refreshing. The GM helped us through an informal tasting. His sharing of his journey that led him to the Clifton was great to hear and his congenial personality added to the overall visit.The restaurant food, presentation and service is unmatched.
