The beds were comfortable, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of our stay. The room had stained carpets, dead bugs on the floor, and a strong musty smell that made it feel unclean. While we appreciated having a comfortable bed, the overall condition of the room was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. I hope the hotel addresses these cleanliness and maintenance issues for future guests.

Room was great and the hotel staff was extremely helpful. Stayed here while waiting to move in to apartment. Convenient location and always good coffee and snacks in the morning.

Rooms are very small. Buffet area very small. There was a soccer team when we stayed. No place to sit to eat. Staff should have asked coach to have their players that were finished and just sitting to leave so other guests could sit. Had to go to room to eat on bed. Room had a chair but no table. Remote is so cheap. Can’t pause, stop a show on Netflix whe going to reaction. Microwave is small and in the buffet table and rocks when you try to open it. All my soup spilled.Pros: staff was very friendly and the options and quality of buffet was good.

Jay want to say the bed AND pillows were absolute perfection form but puffy/comfy. My back and hips did NOT ache when I woke!!! I literally asked for the name of the bed and pillows! I WILL be buying this mattress/pillows!! Breakfast was ok (included) also had breads/cereals too…scrambled eggs w/ Canadian bacon (could have been a little bit more browned IMO…coffee was pretty good and OJ was good….fresh fruit basket. Our particular room had a sewer smell but when sliding door was closed you could not smell it…We were too tired to ask for another…I front desk when we went down for breakfast and even shell we were packing up to check out they were knocking on our room to address…all in all it was VERY nice…oh yea TV was huge and everything seemed to be updated in decor…me and may daughter were there for my mamas UVA operation…hotel was inky mins from the hospital!!!

Check in was easy, Cathy was very accommodating, hotel is located within walking distance to restaurants and a Kroger, rooms are smaller than average but they have been recently redone, shower was hot with decent power and bed was comfortable with a good working air conditioning system. Breakfast was well attended and was your basic hampton fair, would not hesitate to stay here again.
