Took my 4 month old in here for to get her ears pierced and had the worst experience. The girl pierced them wrong and didn't take responsibility. I have attached a letter to corporate and photos.

No customer service, the young girl working there is always yelling on the phone every time i go there..will not be returning.

My teenage daughter and I went into claires this week, which we did often... Well this night cashier Sam and ? We walked in never greeted the couple behind us was dripping with sugar for them....
