tripadvisorVisit to see our second year! Staff is amazing. Rooms are very clean and all the amenities you would expect. Wonderful location to walk to shops or dining, but also easy to get to UVA campus.
MoreRoom on the seventh floors are terrible. Lights come into the room and the blackout curtains are too short by about a foot on both ends. Do not stay in an interior room. Also they put us in a room next to a mechanical room and it makes grinding sounds every ten mins! I can’t believe e they charged almost $1,000 for this! Take your money and stay somewhere else! This is not luxury. More like a motel 6!
MoreWe loved our stay at the Omni. The location is ideal, and the hotel is gorgeous. We were there for a wedding and really enjoyed the lounge/bar area with our friends. The rooms were very comfortable with lovely furnishings. The valet was timely. Flawless experience and would definitely stay here again.
MoreIt was a fantastic hotel. We were there for the weekend to celebrate our son’s wedding in the area. Great location. Amazing room and service.
MoreWe are frequent travelers to Charlottesville and almost always stay at the Omni. Since its renovation several years ago it is a reliably very nice stay. We were disappointed that there is now a parking fee but management was gracious in waiving it for this stay since the policy had changed since we were last there. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. We were given an ADA compliant room, which was fine, but just as we found during our last stay with my elderly mother, how does an ADA room have a bathtub with high sides that no very elderly or disabled person can use? ADA rooms should have more bars and no curb showers.
