The hotel was in a great location close to the Richmond Convention Center. Hotel was clean and comfortable and shuttle service to the Center was provided. But Amber at the front desk really made our stay a 5 star rating. She went out of her way to help with a booking issue we had and made sure it was taken care of. She was absolutely lovely and friendly and deserves 5 ⭐️’s herself

Great Experience! From the moment you step in you are greeted with smiles and warm welcomes, and that continues throughout the stay. The rooms are very clean and the bed was super comfortable. They offer a few free bottles of water during my stay. There is a bus stop 1-2 minutes walk away (free buses!) and they offer a shuttle service within a close radius (I didn't use the shuttle so I can't comment on that). Be aware that the hotel is a bit off the main areas - it's safe and clean but there aren't a lot of stores or restaurants close by. But it's about 5 minutes walk to a few pubs/restaurants. The pool is small, and indoors, and the area around the pool is also small, it wasn't crowded when I was there ( I was the only person using it). There are towels and water by the pool and a few chairs (not lounge chairs), and a small whirlpool.

Gary the shuttle driver is incredible. Every suggestion he made was the best food abs treats we had!! What a great service to offer in a 2 mile radius. He literaaly made our trip!!

What a DELIGHTFUL stay!!!! I was greeted at the door by the most helpful and genuinely kind helper ( Miss Jeannie)??? The hotel was Exactly where I needed it to be, the parking deck was supremely convenient, the room was comfortable…all of our needs met!!!! We will be back soon!!!!

We really like the location in the city. The staff here are wonderful and the beds are super comfortable.
