I was there as faculty advisor for a state university conference. We made things complicated: one night paid by us, two by the host. One group mixed with 9 others. And the staff at the Delta absolutely nailed it. Our keys were ready and organized by person. The rooms were great. Shuttle service was prompt and efficient. When we had questions, they got answered and solved immediately. Lauren, Brad, and the rest of the staff were phenomenal. I will return to the Delta on every trip to Richmond now.

The hotel itself was nice. Clean, friendly staff, etc. However, Delta won the lottery when they hired and subsequently retain their shuttle driver…Garry, with 2 R’s…as he laughingly told us!He was everything. Courteous, kind and helpful. Recommended the perfect place for lunch, Honey & Buttermilk. Funny and ready to laugh at himself as well as our silliness in the back seat. We found that the other drivers were equally nice. Andrew and Waddell did a great job as well. Waddell even waited without complaint as the bride and groom from the wedding we were attending were a little late leaving.
