Great location downtown with plety of places nearby within walking distance. The room was comfortable, and the beds were nice to come back to after being out all day. That said, this 5 star review is all thanks to one employee specifically– Zee! She definitely made a very positive impact on our entire family. She was friendly, enthusiastic, and nice to talk to in the mornings while waiting for breakfast to be prepared. Huge shoutout to Zee for the kindness and service!

This hotel is in a great spot in downtown Richmond within walking distance of many establishments. If you're going to a show at Allianz, that's not a bad walk either, about 15m regular pace. The beds were relaxing after a long day, and the room was comfortable as well. BUT this 5 star review is specifically for one of its employees. She was the highlight of our entire weekend stay, and she deserves all the recognition she could possibly have. Zee was so kind and charismatic and such a pleasure to chat with. Thank you, Zee, for the wonderful service!!

Do not stay here! Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was a bad day as Hilton systems were down so the lines to check in were terrible. The staff was stressed and the whole process took like an hour as they were going up and down the elevators , trying to find rooms for people, not knowing who had checked in and checked out. Finally got checked into our room and it wasn’t even room I reserved, but I did not want to go back downstairs. I’m supposed to have a with two queens oversized and I have a small king room. The shower is disgusting. The shower door does not shut. There is dirt on the towels . And the refrigerator is dripping water all over the carpet and is turned off. You can’t even call down to the front desk as phone lines are even down. Just a terrible experience. I would hope Hilton would be making us up to their customers..

The hotel's overall location and atmosphere were wonderful! The room and bathroom were very clean. The valet driver, Jason, was very helpful and kind.
