I was there earlier this month with my bridesmaids for my bachelorette party. It was a low key party, but they put lovely decorations in my room. Sean, one of their drivers was a gem. He picked up me and my friends during our last day lunch. He's very sweet and accommodating.

Our stay at the Omni Richmond Downtown exceeded expectations in every way, which is why I gave the hotel a perfect score across the board.From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Charlene, who coordinated our group’s stay, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience for our team attending the National Speech & Debate Tournament. We had a very large group with more than 25 rooms, and she successfully arranged for our entire team to be housed on just two floors. Even more impressively, all of our rooms were ready for our early arrival around noon, which made check-in seamless and stress-free after a long day of travel.Charlene’s hospitality and attention to detail were remarkable. She personally showed me around the property, explained the elevator situation, and proactively arranged access to service elevators when several guest elevators were unavailable. Knowing that the hotel would be hosting visitors from around the country, she consistently anticipated our needs and helped ensure everything ran smoothly.When we discovered that some guest rooms were missing shampoo bottles upon arrival, I called the front desk and Queen immediately took ownership of the issue. Housekeeping was dispatched right away, and the problem was resolved quickly and professionally.Our team also needed workspace during the week. Despite a wedding and other events taking place at the hotel, Charlene was able to secure the Magnolia Room for our students’ practice sessions at a very reasonable rate. The space was perfect for our needs and played a significant role in the success of our week.The hotel shuttle service was another highlight. The drivers were friendly, reliable, and always willing to help our students get where they needed to go around Richmond.I would also like to recognize the staff at both Starbucks and the hotel restaurant. Every interaction was positive, the service was consistently excellent, and the food was outstanding. In fact, I enjoyed dinner at the restaurant three nights in a row because both the quality of the food and the hospitality were so impressive.The guest rooms were clean, comfortable, and impeccably maintained throughout our stay. More importantly, every member of the Omni team made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued.The level of service we received was so exceptional that I enrolled in the Omni loyalty program during my stay and will absolutely consider Omni properties for future travel. From the moment we arrived for the NSDA Tournament, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was nothing short of perfect.The phrase impeccable service gets thrown around a lot, but the staff at the Omni Richmond truly embody it. Every interaction—whether with the front desk, housekeeping, or the dining staff—was marked by genuine warmth, professionalism, and an impressive attention to detail. It is rare to find a team that feels so entirely aligned in their commitment to guest satisfaction.I would like to especially thank Sean, the shuttle driver. Because of his quick action, my group was able to arrive on time for our flight. Though shuttle transportation to the airport is not a service offered at the hotel. He stepped in to save the day when our charter bus did not pick us up from the hotel.Thank you to the entire Omni Richmond staff for your outstanding dedication to hospitality.

This hotel was excellent! Clean, comfortable rooms, attentive staff, amazing valet service, fabulous pool that entertained our children for hours! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

Location was perfect. Warm Inviting Atmosphere……Rooms Excellent Comfortable was very hard each morning getting out of bed. yes it was worth our group rate. Thank you
