A very beautiful, modern, and clean shopping center with a multitude of interesting shops. You can spend the whole day there and have a delicious meal while you're at it. We went there on a rainy day and were very happy that we didn't have to get wet, as all the shops are enclosed by a covered passageway, so we walked from store to store, seemingly outdoors, but under cover, which was great. Of course, the mall is open on Sundays too, which was very convenient for us. We stayed in Richmond for three days at the nearby Haft Place Hotel.

Looks like a clean and really pretty mall, especially around the holidays ~ Like that it had a nice water fountain and other bodies of water~

I drove a friend to the Short Pump Town Center, and I was gobsmacked by how much money people have to waste on useless, overpriced 21st century tat. You'll find just about every store that sells unnecessary, overpriced goods, and you'll be happy to leave this temple to consumer waste.

Excellent food. Very comfortable atmosphere. Going there at 4 pm provides a lot of seating choices. Old time music in the background makes you feel that Frank Sinatra is there.

In the middle of a purchase the customer service rep turned to help out some new walk in customers, I waited several minutes then walked out. Go elsewhere, this place is full of kids with the attention span of, well children.
