I want to alert others about charges and about a specific employee named Kia. Be sure you check your charges. I was charged $40 by Kia that she wasn't supposed to charge. I'm a Diamond Select Elite member. I paid in full using points. When a member pays with points, everything is covered, including all taxes. Well, when it was time to check-out, Kia charged me $40.00. My husband was the one who checked me out. He got the receipt and brought it to me. I was in the car. When I saw the charge, I commented, Didn't you see that they charged $40.00? He replied that he saw it and asked Kia about it, and she said that it was taxes and when he questioned $40.00 in taxes? Kia said that taxes there were very high. I then went to the front desk to make her correct the mistake, but she wasn't there. It was another clerk named Ali. I explained the situation to Ali, and he said that Kia wasn't supposed to charge anything and that he reversed the charges. Later on, I contacted the general manager, who verified that the charges had been reversed. Kia lies about everything. She lied about why a shuttle van from a different hotel chain was blocking the guest check-in area, she lied about why she entered the credit card number on the computer system, she lied about the reason she charged $40. I suggested to the general manager to retrain her or just remove her from the front desk.I stayed there multiple times back in 2023 and 2024 when there were different lovely employees and I never had any problems. All employees by then were really nice, friendly, and honest, including the former general manager, Mr. Haroon Khagga. I'm under the impression that they are not working there now, so I had to deal with Kia.

Ceiling leaking onto floor in room. Elevators dirty and make horrendous noises. Lobby floors dirty. Toilet has permanent stains in bowl. A/C vent full of dirt/lint. Table and counters dusty. Parking is unsafe. Worker in dining area blowing her nose WITH gloves on. She didn't change the gloves when she finished. Gross.

It was ok - nothing special. I did not like the rules they listed for multiple stay nights though. They don't provide housekeeping from Friday to Sunday. This is strange to me since that is when most people travel I would think.

The floor in the room I stayed (#136) was filthy, the hot water in the shower took about 10 minutes to get hot and I was told it was because other people were taking showers, I asked to have the floors washed because they were filthy and gave them an entire day to do the job. When I returned to the hotel I was told that it was taken care of. When I walked into the room the towels which were filthy from the dirty floor were still where I left them. When I confronted them with their lie they laughed and after I walked away they were laughing about it. The breakfast food was awful - the eggs looked like they were purchased from a gag gift store, the bananas were soft with big black spots on them every day. The orange juice was the only thing that was good. The cable television shows were cutting in and out and a message would pop up in the middle of a show saying the channel was not available. All in all I Do Not Recommend This Hotel. This franchisee hotel should not carry the Best Western brand name. It should also not be approved by AAA. Stay someplace else.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this one was pretty bad. The photos must of been when the hotel was still new. Trying to find the road leading to it was hard to find in the dark since they had a small unlit sign at the end of the road. The room was big but the bed was hard, the bathroom sink was also in the bedroom and separate from the shower and toilet, they were in a room barley big enough to turn around in, the light switch for the bathroom was outside of the room and they didn't provide any shampoo or conditioner. They had a large tv but unless you want to watch sports or news no other listed channels on the on-screen guide like food network, Travel or Discovery channels came in. The floor in the room was extremely dirty, just walking around in the room our socks and feet turned black. House keeping needs to use some soap and a mop on the floors. The breakfast was a joke, They had a pancake machine that didn't work, coffee was very week, The fake eggs and sausage was inedible and there were so many people in the breakfast room that we got stepped on multiple times and all the tables were full with people just sitting there not eating or drinking waiting for a bus or something so we had to take our inedible food to our room. I have put this hotel on my black list so I never stay here again.
