Joann just an amazing job. Just moved here from Missouri and was scared to find someone new cuz every time I went to someone new they always messed up my cut. Joanne has done a fabulous job keeping exactly what I want. And makes me look beautiful.

Convenient location in the Red Mill shopping area. Front desk was very polite and professional. Interior of salon has a lot of trinkets around which takes away from the ambiance of a spa and makes it look less clean. Products scattered in various places. Stylist left a few times during haircut to assist front desk in transactions and didn't seem happy to be there. No scalp massage, no hand massage that I have had at other Aveda salons. Mani/pedi was fantastic, but the chairs were broken. Definitely not up to par with other Aveda salons I have experienced.

Went to another local salon and they ruined my hair. I was very distraught but at Reed Manning Joanne Bryant saved my hair and weekend. Thanks and I will recommend this salon to everyone I know. Thanks again!!

I've been to both locations in VB and everybody is so talented and friendly! I always just take the first avaiable appointment because I know I'm going to get a great cut and color. They keep my color formula in the computer so any stylist can follow it. Aveda color is the best! I love the fact that I get different ideas of what to do with my hair from each stylist, but nobody is full of themselves.....like a few places I've been to, but won't mention. So far, everybody has always listened to me and what I want to do, instread of the other way around. Love these guys!
