Shotokan Karate of Hampton Roads Karate

We recommend you visit our dojo and watch practice before making a decision to train with us. Nothing beats In Person Experience and when practicing Martial Arts of any kind, a web site is not a guide to what your experience will be. Shotokan is a traditional Japanese system of unarmed self defense. Training is for anyone, you do not need to be athletic to practice. You do not need a uniform unless you take a test. We do not require long term contracts. Everyone is welcome from age 5 and up. Kids train at 5pm and adults at 6:30. Saturday youth at 10:30 and adults at noon. We offer discounts for multiple family members, military and those paying quarterly or annually for membership fees.
