We stumbled upon this glass/art studio on our way into Napa using back roads (blue highways). What a treasure it was. We spent an hour there in afternoon and came back after dark to see everything lit up.Wee worth finding it from maps after arriving to Napa via main highways.

My mother loves this place. Every time she visits me, she goes there and loves talking to Gordon. She does glass work, so they bond over that. Gordon has done work all over the valley. You can find his work at Bistro Don Giovanni and other places. He's our local art legend.

I went to Gordon Huenter Studio. There is interesting art to see such as the large yellow hand in the front of the building. Gordon Huenter has masterful art work installed at several public buildings across the US. The web site for the gallery includes the list of these places.

What an amazing place to see. Gordon is so creative and talented. You can see mini versions of some of his installations from around the world and see the current projects he is working on. Lots of amazing and colorful art around and in the building. Just wow!
