tripadvisorI was shocked to see that this is the park where the (very expensive to join) Baltimore Rowing Club calls home. It is a complete trash heap. There is broken glass and garbage everywhere, the piers are rickety and sketchy to walk on, and several cars were parked on the grass throughout the park blasting music. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.
