I did an online order 15-20 mins before arriving, I was told to pullup and wait for the coffee ordered I waited for 20mns before going inside. The manager was terrible. She didn't even acknowledged me. Another 15mns passed and she threw to coffee on the counter, without saying that she apologized for the wait, just nothing, I'm thinking about going to Dunkin Dounuts. I BUY 3 or 4 boxes of donuts and 3 to4 boxes of coffee weekly, I am truly dissatisfied and disappointed,,,,,z
MoreOh my God. The donuts were fantastic. The service was fast and friendly. The store looked great. It smelled like heaven. You must have the Glazed donuts . Oh so good.
MoreI was told that I had to go to the Original Krispy Kreme and get them when they are hot first thing in the morning. Everyone there was very nice and I have to admit, a fresh one is the best but one that is a few hours old is wonderful too. It was neat to watch them make the donuts. If you are able to get to this location, I recommend it.
MoreThe doughnuts are fine and the location is good. BUT THEY NEVER SEEM TO HAVE THE HOT DOUGHNUTS. We live near Knoxville and our local shop has hot doughnuts almost all the time. They are a regional distributor so that is a real advantage. While it is neat to be in the the original location the best part of Krispy Kreme is the hot doughnuts.
MoreI am a KK connoisseur. I have been to numerous stores and this one by far is my favorite. It has the viewing window...I don't care how old you are doughnut making is cool...zen even. This is particular one has decent seating, a drive thru, and does have a restroom. The staff are efficient and friendly. This establishment is great for taking the kids out, going on a date, or just self indulgence after a rough day.
