I love the concept of Mega Replay. I can trade in old items and get store credit to put towards other purchases. Like with most places like that, you are not going to get a lot of money for it....

Customer service is always great here. The young lady named Cami is always very friendly and helpful. I'm always greeted when I come in the store. Prices are fair and they always have new items...
