This small, indoor mall is an urban oasis for shoppers. The interior of the Prudential Center features a pleasant atmosphere, with marble floors and a glass ceiling. Slaves to fashion will appreciate the selection of upscale clothing shops. Design shops, stationery stores, and gift boutiques are also on hand. For tickets to Boston Duck Tours, one can get in the line that forms in the center of the atrium. Dining includes options like Earls Kitchen + Bar and the famous California Pizza Kitchen. For a quicker meal, the food court has plenty of cuisine to choose from. A bank, post office and grocery store are also on the premises.

Reviews
tripadvisorWe have been to Chicago's high views, but the Prudential Center is more of an experience. The spacious areas on the 3 deck floors with lounging seating offered a stop and pause time. Videos and displays along with a cocktail area make it more than a look at the city
MoreMy review is of the Top of the Prudential Building, the Prudential Center itself is a Mall. It's a nice Mall but it's still a mall. The Prudential buildings top floors (View Boston) has the Best views of the city. It's not inexpensive but it's worth a visit. We went on a beautiful sunny afternoon. The views are amazing. We grabbed a cocktail at the rooftop bar and sat and enjoyed the view. You can stay as long as you wish. There were not a lot of people on the day we went.We did not see the skyline at night but I'm sure its sparkling.
MoreWe bought tickets in advance to visit the observation deck on the 52nd floor of the Prudential center. The 50th through 52nd floors are dedicated to visitors who would like to know more about the Boston area with indoor and outdoor viewing areas, a bar, and a gift shop. The views were spectacular and once your ticket is bought, you have access to the area for unlimited time until closing. There are several parking garages that service the center, but we found that as soon as we were in the lobby, there was a directory to show us where to go to access “View Boston” elevators. The elevator shows views of the city as you are writing up from the perspective of the floor you’re passing, a very nice touch.
MoreThis place has shopping, plenty of places to eat (e.g., Legal Seafood), high end chocolatier, a brewery outlet (Tree House), Sheraton on the south end and Marriott on the north end. Plenty of places to swipe your card.
MoreNice view disappointed the resturaunt and bar at the top is permanently closed.
