It was a short stay but all went well, I require Accessible room as my daughter is in a wheelchair. Everything was good, room was clean, temperature in the hotel was fine. This is the second time we had to go to Fayetteville and both times we stayed here quick on and off the highway I-95

We are Hilton Gold. 678k points. Miss diamond by a few nights a year. Loyal here, Europe and Asia. Booked a room for the night off I-95. Bought the breakfast. Wanted to use FOB credit for a beverage before bed after 12 hours in the car. Added my husband to the reservation as the reservation system instructed. Checked in. Clerk (Lisa) advised that even though I put my husband’s name on the reservation somewhere else I didn’t change the number of adults to 2. Therefore no breakfast or FOB for him. Lisa went so far as to call her manager Cassandra as she could see I clearly intended 2 in the room. Cassandra said nope - absolutely no breakfast or FOB for the 2nd adult. Gold status and loyalty be damned. This property is independently owned, not corporate (the franchisees are IME always the place where if there will be a problem you will find it). Icing on the cake? FOB cannot be used for an adult beverage!

Stopped here Christmas day evening traveling to see family. Excellent hotel. Very friendly check in. Rooms are big and clean. Nifty TV set up. Breakfast buffet was nice. Great stop over when traveling.

Stopped in for one night, traveling north from Charleston, SC to VA. As a female traveling alone, I felt safe. The front desk staff was helpful and gracious. The in-house restaurant server was lovely and I had one of the best Cobb Salad's in recent memory (better actually than the Five Star hotel in VA the following night). I appreciate not having to search the vicinity for dining options. Slept well. No complaints. If you need an affordable place to rest along the I-95 Corridor through NC, would recommend.

TL:DR- Go find someplace else, for the value it’s not worth picking over way better options not 10 miles away. Old, scuffed location, and vomit in my sink. Staff were very nice which is why it’s 2 instead of 1.-Room is super outdated, Feels like the 90’s but the TV brings you back to the present.-Bathroom is a weird design, feeling like you’re in solitary confinement whenever you take a shower, except you can actually leave. Secondary thought for me though since there was vomit, or some other unknown substance found in my sink.-You have to leave the AC on because there’s a giant crack in the unit’s ventilation leading directly outside. No caulking, no screen, just ready for the bugs, and heat to come right in.-Not the hotel’s fault, but there’s LITERAL SIGNS SAYING ITS NOT THEIR FAULT IF YOUR CAR GETS BROKEN INTO… For the price, you can do way better. Go the extra couple miles to stay someplace way better. Just isn’t worth it even for a night.
