Reviews
tripadvisorWhile staying in the area, we were able to catch a performance here. We enjoy supporting live theater when we can and are often impressed with performances of local personalities. For this event, it was obvious many of the attendees knew the cast and staff as they congenially conversed before the show began. Although the theater was not full, the crowd was very supportive of the performers and very vocal. Was the play a great one? No. (I can't even remember the title!) Were the performances great? No (but the 2 DJ's saved it with their comic performances). Are we glad we went? Yes. The facility is nicely set up to handle a number of scenarios and because it is small, intimate, and almost in the round, the audience is very engaged in the performances.
MoreCFRT outdid themselves once again with the production of Matilda. It was outstanding! CFRT is truly one of Fayetteville’s highlights
MoreWent to see Clue and it was fantastic. The small stag didn’t even feel small. It felt like we were apart of the experience and they used the space well. Wish food was able to purchased for this event.

MoreOnce again, the Cape Fear Regional Theater takes the lead in returning all of us to normal with an incredibly funny rendition of the play Murder For Two. While the theater auditorium is being renovated with new bigger seats and more knee room along with a sound system created for the CFRT acoustics by a Tony award winning sound engineer, the most recent play was held in a buidling that was transformed into a stage by the incredible technical and stage crews at CFRT. The Show Must Go On!
