Our tree guys have two rules: 1. Don't break anything! We take care to rope most things down to avoid damage to anything in the yard: buildings, fences, lawns, other trees, ANYTHING. 2. Do a good clean up. At the end of the job, it should be difficult to tell that a tree crew was at your house. I tell the guys, "You can do magic in a tree top, but the customer will always focus on things like sawdust on a roof, or a small branch left in the azaleas." Attention to detail, and all that.
