Nice Store. Good Clothes. Not much parking. I always get a water bottle sticker and a bracelet here. Always come more that once.

Don't bother going here, save your money, it is owned by a local lady who lives behind it and there has been a lot of cheap merchandise bought and sold for high prices just because it is at the beach. Yes it has been here for years but the person who she has running it is running it into the ground, she needs to get a grip on it. like the other post said 50 dollars for an umbrella and chair that you could buy elsewhere on the island for 30.00 get real, and everything in the store is way overpriced the locals don't come to buy there and the tourist are getting smart. You have to have a hefty pocket book or wallet to shop in there, i was just in there and nothing has changed.

Heading to Topsail? Avoid Herring's Outdoor Sports for day rentals. Delivery between 9a & 10a….haa!$50 for two chairs & an umbrella you won’t see until noon. Very disappointed!!I suggest driving to Surf City and buying cheap chairs at A beach store & leaving them at the end of your weekend. Cheaper & you won’t waste half your day waiting for delivery.

We rented bikes and beach chairs for our week at the beach. The items were delivered to our rental long before we arrived. The bikes were new or nearly new and came with locks. The anywhere chairs came with lounger extension which was a nice surprise.Fully recommend renting bikes while at Topsail, lots of places to ride.

I decided that I would rent a bike during our Topsail vacation instead of bringing my own bike as I had done in previous years. The staff was very helpful when I called from home to ask about rentals and also when I picked up and returned the bike. I rented a 3-speed Sun beach cruiser for 3 days. It was a fun bike to ride and, after the 3 days were up, I extended the rental for the rest of the week. The only problem I had was a flat tire when I was about a mile away from where we were staying. I walked the bike back to the house and called Herring's and told them about the flat. In about 20 minutes they were out with a replacement bike! This was really great service.
