The man on the phone claimed he would find a solution, but 20 minutes later, we received a call from a different company who the other man gave our number to and said also explained his incompetence of being able to make something happen…. They unfortunately couldn’t assist us either at such late notice. Ultimately, we were forced to take an Uber to our ceremony, causing significant stress and disruption. Our destination was over an hour away….
