The hotel staff seems to be jaded from dealing with some of the unruly long term guest so any interaction with them was a little disrespectful. They do not take credit cards they are cash only and they do not honor any online bookings. To be fair this is not a hotel you would book for a vacation. Its a dirty little motel for propel who have no other options.

It's the Deluxe. But I don't want to use 200 characters, isn't brevity happening, anymore? No, well I'll guess I'll keep on going, then: The Budget Inn is worse than the Shelter--not enough for you--I'm baring my heart here!

First off, let me start by saying no one who answers the phone can speak English. If you are going to own a hotel, you need to at least have a basic understanding of the English language. I called to see if someone I knew had checked in. A woman answered, I gave her the names of the people I was looking for. She didn't even bother to check before very rudely saying NO and then hung up on me. While all this was taking place I could hear an extremely loud Indian man screaming in the background. So I called back, the same woman answered, I asked to speak to the manager or owner. She said they weren't there (what a convenient excuse). I then proceeded to ask what the managers name was and when he will return. I literally almost had to spell it out for this woman four times before she quickly spouted off some odd name Abdul or something like that. She wouldn't spell it out for me either. She couldn't tell me when the manager would be in. So I asked if she would be there tomorrow morning. She quickly said yes and hung up the phone. There is a great example of what sort of horrible customer service you will receive at this place. The rooms are disgusting. I found mold. As well as piss stains on the floor of the bathroom. Hair everywhere. The place looked like it had been abandon both inside and out. They don't have phones in the rooms. That should tell you something right there. For $75 a night. I would have been more comfortable sleeping outside in my car. I am going to report this hotel to the health department because it is bad. I wouldn't want my worst enemy staying there.

It wasnt the worst place I have stayed in. I have stayed at this hotel a few different times over the past few months. I am a contractor, and work in this area often. I try to stay in hotels around the $50 range, and this one fits. I have noticed at this hotel, that the few times I have visited, the same people stay (live) here. The floors in the rooms are tile, so as to mop the DNA up. The internet is actually better than some of the other places I have stayed, and the guest laundry is fairly cheap, and the washer and dryer actually do their job. The police watch this place....as I found the police walking door to door with a K9, and 30 minutes later saw a woman in handcuffs being put in a squad car. Awesomeness.
