Like other reviews. Don't bother the employees with your bike problems. They will tell you where to go to get service done on bike though. Waste of time, don't bother going.

Just rude and unfriendly employees who seem to be genuinely bothered by peeps coming in the store (I.e., customers). Won’t return, Venice store is 50x better.

Had a problem with the front brakes being frozen on my bike. Called Real Bikes they said bring it right in may take two to three days for repair. Went in was greeted by helpful employee dropped off my bike. Got a call the next day it was ready. Price was very reasonable. Great service will definitely go back for future repairs or service. Great bike shop.

Purchased a bike from there about 4 months ago. Super helpful lady helped me choose the kind of bike I needed and staff helped me adjust it over the next week(have bad back and have to sit just so). Also got help from them with an accessory I purchased there. Love my Jamison bike!

Tuned up and rejuvenated an old recumbent trike. Did a nice job and at a reasonable price. Had a tire problem and they fixed it the same day. Nice people
