Cute, neat, organized all vintage car museum. Holds maybe about 25, including fire truck. Nice descriptions to read about each car. Curator friendly and informative. Housed in an old loom factory. Near historic grove hotel.

We love this museum and visit every time we come to Asheville. The level of care and respect these cars get is awe-inspiring. If I had an old car I would give it to them to preserve. The staff is helpful. There is free parking right adjacent to the museum. I like going right when they open parking by 9:40 to take a stroll through the sculpture garden outside. Thank you for the free parking as I avoided paid parking like the plague. Also love the little museums and shops that dot the road. A lovely lovely road. And can easily walk over from behind the Grove Park Inn parking garage or can also take the shuttle from the hotel which is nice on rainy days.

A bit tricky to find even with GPS but definitely worth the visit. A nice varied selection with interesting facts and stories of specific cars on display as well as other interesting artifacts, ie. 1958 Coco-cola machine and a time clock from when the building was used as a mill. This museum may be small but it is tops in presentation. Be sure to see it when you are in the Asheville area!

We stopped in on our last day before heading out of town and we were so glad we did! It’s a short little one block walk from the Omni Grove Park Inn, and this museum is free admission (donations are welcomed), so it was a no brainer! We were greeted by Tom, you welcomed us with a smile and a fantastic explanation of the history of the cars and the surrounding area as well! He was fabulous! Seeing the old cars and hearing the history was fascinating, we will be back for sure! Thank you, Tom!
