We arrived jet lagged and was looking for a nice place to stay. Decided to book a room at This “Best Western Plus”. Our first room smelled awful. Literally wet dog. Called the desk lady and she moved us. 2nd room there was a clear dip on the side of the bed. The mattress was well past needing to be replaced. Ask for another room hoping to get better. 3rd room smelled much better, but the mattress once again needed to be replaced. At this point we’re exhausted and on a totally different time zone. We wake up, notice that the lamp is filthy, the coffee maker is unclean. We ask for late checkout which is never a problem. We’re running behind after. Made some coffee, the lamp near it is filthy. 3 decaf coffee pods to 1 regular. Open the door and see/hear. Ask the man with clipboard for a regular coffee pods. He’s disturbed that we haven’t checked out yet. He happens to be the manager. We go down to check out and my husband would like to use the computer. It’s broken. We missed breakfast, which was clearly our fault. Grab a couple apples to go. They’re mealy. While my husband tries to use the computer he is being ignored by 2 other men that appear to work there. We’ve spend way too much money at Best Westerns for this kind of experience. This particular Best Western wouldn’t even deserve to carry their budget line name of Sure Stay. Would rather sleep in my vehicle if we’re in need next time. Don’t stay here if you value cleanliness, decent mattresses, attentive service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and inviting. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is disgusting. I was hopeful with initial reviews because the manager seemed to be responsive. The condition our room was kept was atrocious. Mold everywhere, not clean at all. The AC unit was very unkept and clearly the reason for the awful smell in the room. Never again. There’s not a single way this place should be able to run the health dept needs to be involved.

Wonderful. Eric ar the Del the night I checked in was awesome. Able to locate room, provided complimentary snacks, He went above and beyond. Another perfect Best Western experience Again can’t say enough good things about Eric

Really, really Bad! Don't know where to begin. Stayed for only one day! Thank God! - Not working TV's in the entire building. Claimed the power went down.- VERY, VERY Dirty carpet. Worst I ever seen, Stinky! Immediately had to buy Lysol to spray directly on carpet, curtains and lampshades everything just so I could sleep through the night without GAGGING! Woke up the next morning, opened my door and the stink was so bad and hallway carpet, so dirty, I ended up Gagging Anyway!- Toilet had long standing stains and constantly running water through the night- Lobby was decent so you didn't know The Horror you were walking into. The dirties Room of your Life!- So bad, this is the LAST TIME I will ever stay in a Best Western! You are better off just sleeping in your Car!!!!!- Hard to believe but the breakfast was decent!
