Frantz is also certified in Cellular Device Examiner. Frantz Is a Colonel in the New York Army National Guard. Frantz is a Combat Veteran and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom III. Frantz is a Bronze Star medal recipient and has a Top Secret Security Clearance. Frantz speaks Haitian Creole, French, and Spanish.
