Opened in 1989, it is one of the best places in town for casual fine dining. Get set for an exciting culinary journey at this delightful, elegant eatery. The daily changing menu is a contemporary spin-off of a variety of cuisines that are highlighted by local ingredients. Taking pride in using only fresh, local produce from nearby farms, they make their own sauces and stocks as well as butcher their meat.
