For anyone considering booking with this tour company, I want to share my experience from Sunday, November 2nd. While walking along Hollywood Blvd, I was approached by a man named Lazar who offered me a tour for $15 per ticket. When I mentioned that I had eight children, he confirmed that each child would also be $15.After discussing it with my husband, I decided to go back and purchase the tickets from Lazar. When I returned, I could not find him, but there were two other men present: one represented Star Track Tours and the other was an older man dressed in grey. I asked them about Mr. Lazar, and both told me he was across the street at his company’s location. Still, I was unable to locate him.I then asked one of the men with a facemask if he could help or if he knew where Mr. Lazar was. He replied that he wasn’t sure where the owner was, but he could assist with tickets—priced at $25 each. I explained that Mr. Lazar had quoted me $15 each. The staff member said he could not match that price and refused to contact Mr. Lazar to confirm.On Monday, November 3rd, I returned again hoping to find Mr. Lazar and buy the tickets, but he was absent and no employees seemed to know his whereabouts. This was concerning. I asked my husband and some of my children to ask every Open Bus Tours sales rep about the ticket price, and we discovered a wide range of quotes—from $25 up to $60 per ticket. There was no consistency in pricing, which seemed suspicious.Curious to understand more, we waited for a green Mercedes-Benz tour van to return and spoke with several customers. The tour itself was reported as fine, but, interestingly, everyone who bought their tickets on the street paid a different price. No two tickets seemed to cost the same.As a result, we opted not to use this company for our Hollywood tour. We also noticed that purchasing online may not offer any advantage, since the owner is apparently willing to offer much lower prices in person. We ultimately found another company across the street where every salesperson quoted the same consistent price.

Had a wonderful time and Jose was very helpful and knowledgeable about things. Answered all of our questions about things. Great attitude and a great sense of humor. We need more great ppl like him. We will be coming back soon.

Micky mike was very informative. He's eager to learn more about the area so he can be a better guide every time. The 2 hour tour is enough to get a glimpse of some of some of the star houses

The tour was fantastic, very knowledgeable. Tour guides excellent views of the Hollywood sign. And the tour guide took his time and did not rush.
