It’s 8:30pm on a Friday night. I’ve so far seen multiple drug deals, random people laying in the parking lot or the surrounding woods, had addicts yell at me for no reason, and had to listen to dogs CONSTANTLY barking for the past few days. It is NONSTOP. How they can charge $75/night for urine soaked hallways, irresponsible guests, and letting people just smoke cigarettes and weed in their room with their loud/gross pets is beyond me. Room is filthy. Staff is nice though. But NOTHING else is good about this place.
MoreIf i could i would have given this place a minus rating. It is nasty, My Handicapped friend and I were put in a room with no AC. We called several times and nobody ever came. I finally got them to move us to another room. The AC worked on and off here. The vent in the bathroom was covered with mold and dust. The shower head was covered with mold, there was no shower curtain, the carpet in the halls were covered with stains, the place had a really bad smell and the elevator sounded like it was gong to fall apart. After repeated attempts I finally got though to the manager and he was too busy to talk to me. He said he had someone on the other line. This is a Choice Hotel. I got in touch with Choice Hotels and they said there was nothing they could do. I want my money back for the time I spent there but they are not doing anything. When we took a shower with no shower curtain the floor got soaked an my handicapped friend walks with a walker. The water coming from the shower literally smelled like mold and he is recovering from a Bacterial infection that left him paralyzed from the neck down.
MoreGreat customer service. Those at the front desk are very polite and helpful. A All the cleaning ladies are great. Christy and Neeka do a fantastic job. The maintenance guy is also terrific, he stays on top the service you need in a very prompt time. Overall my experience here is worth the money spent.
