Purchased an ornamental wall hanger, walked six feet out of store and was approached by the sales girl with phone in hand, being told she needed me to come back and return the item! Stating the owner said it wasn't for sale. I explained that I had asked her the price, she got a ladder, told me the price and I purchased it. It was apparent she was embarrassed, and asked if I would please talk to the owner on the phone. The owner Ms. Lee, processed to tell me I had to return the item, that it should not have been sold. I explained that it had a price tag on it, and per the law she had to honor the purchase. She stated she needed said item to hang other ornaments from (mind you there are things hanging in the windows and over the counter). She stated if she found another one she would deliver it to me in the future. I did tell her that I would leave a negative review and she said she was sorry, but still need it returned. ended up returning the item, which I regret! After briefly searching my legal rights purchasing an item that clearly was for sale, after the transaction was finished it no longer belonged to Ms Lee. I legally owned the item, and should not have been approached outside on the sidewalk.

Skip the Market. Shop for quality and unique items. They are the best. Friendly service, unique items, and good prices. Always current items. They stay in business because it's a great place!

WOW!! What a shop! This is not to be missed when visiting Charleston. Everything in this shop is one of a kind. The artistry of each of their crafts is mesmerizing. I visited twice during our stay and will continue to order from this shop when I need a unique personalized gift or treating myself. The shop manager is so helpful and kind.

Across from the market. We never fail to make a purchase here. There are always new (and truly different) pieces to admire.

We found so many gift ideas here for those who have everything and hard to buy for. The lady working in there is so knowledgeable and friendly, and we consider this shop one of our favorite stores in Charleston. Our group visited twice during our stay and picked up some fantastic gifts for Christmas plus some things for ourselves. You should go check it out.
