This is the most disgusting, wretched hotel I’ve ever been in and that’s saying a lot. Stains all over the ripped bottom portion of the bed stand, disgusting tar and smoke stains all over the sticky walls. Worst hotel by far I’ve ever been in. For $20 more dollars, I am so much more comfortable tonight. Sleep in your car or in the dirt before you stay here.

I had booked with another budget motel but once I saw their room I refused to stay. As events were going on the weekend I arrived budget accommodation was very hard to find. Rooms that normally went for $60 a night were suddenly $85 a night. I happened across the Evergreen and tho not the Hilton or Comfort Inn, it's very clean. Family owned and operated, it is a good place to stay. Close to restaurants, shopping and downtown.

For $55 per night what do you expect. It was super clean. Yes it was an old motel. But the econo lodge was $115 per night. We only slept in room. We were out and about touring etc. family running the place is super nice. We didn't need a pool, we didn't need a valet. We wanted a clean place to stay close by that wasn't a resort or a dump.

Not a fancy place and a Lil out dated but found it to be very clean compared to Econo lodge up the road. The family running it are awesome. Will definitely stay here again.Have stayed at several hotels in the area and this I found to be best for the dollar,Gene, Louisiana

A very friendly family run motel that was more than reasonably priced.The room had double beds,cable,internet,a microwave,and a small refrigerator.It was immaculately clean and I wouldn't hesitate to book a room again.
