No complaints from me and my husband. The hotel truly has warmed our hearts and I want to give them the biggest 10 . As patient of MUSC we wouldn’t go anywhere else but here for hospital trips. Great team, great hospitality and all around a great place to be.
MoreWe booked and paid for 2 nights, but left after one! When we checked in the air was set at 69 and everything in the room felt wet or damp. We turned the heat on hoping to dry things. Morning time I put a towel on the floor so I wouldn’t slip. The moisture was so heavy you could see water on the floor! We spent the entire day at MUSC.We arrived back at around 5-6pm. That was it! We left! Everything in suitcases was wet! Didn’t ask for another room or a refund, just left!

MoreUnfriendly for handicap people as w/c ramp is exposed to weather and not in front of the main entrance. The night staff member could have been helpful and chose not to be to obvious couple needing support after long ER visit. Given non handicapped room next to noisy am area after arriving in early am. Needed quiet room for sleep.Breakfast is not complimentary.
