We arrived after midnight and were very tired. The car smelled of cigarettes (we coughed all weekend from the smell!!), had bald tires, and didn't have Satellite radio that we were expecting. Nobody was in the car garage to check us out so we couldn't go over the condition of the car with anyone. Dents and scratches everywhere. We had to drive in TWO snow storms and the tires had us swimming all over the road. When we returned the car and complained, the agent had a snotty attitude with us. When I wrote a letter to customer service, they gave us a tiny $25 gift certificate. Give me a break!!!
