Reviews
tripadvisorVery clean and nice room. Bed was great. Good breakfast. Check in staff very nice. Check out staff not so much. Maybe she was having a bad morning.
MoreThe photos are lies. Old and outdated. Horrendous smell. The carpet was humid and moist and sticky. Turned our feet black. Mold in the bathroom. Thread bare towels. Just horrible. Don’t believe any of the supposed “good” reviews like we did. It was a costly mistake.
MoreFollowing a three-hour drive in hazardous weather, I was met with unacceptable room conditions and a complete lack of professional conduct from the staff.Upon entering my first assigned room, I discovered:Biohazards: Visible blood on the bedsheets.Disrepair: A broken dresser held together by tape and a broken toilet.Sanitation: A strong odor of mildew and spilled wine on the floor. When I alerted the front desk, the employee—who appeared annoyed at being interrupted from the lounge TV—responded by saying, It’s a hotel, what do you expect? and I just work here.I was eventually moved to a second room, which also proved unacceptable. It smelled strongly of sour milk and mildew. Furthermore, the shower valve had a protruding screw that posed a significant risk of physical injury. The following morning, the front desk staff remained on their personal cell phones and were dismissive of my concerns. When I finally spoke to an individual claiming to be the manager, I was told she could not offer a refund and would have to call the owner. Despite promises of a follow-up call, I have received no communication. This place is a health hazard and the service is non-existent. Save your money and stay anywhere else.
MoreOnly one working elevator and it was extremely slow. Keys to our room didn’t work half the time for the room and pool area. Fire alarm in our room blinked all night. We heard the fire alarms weren’t even working on the 4th floor. Fold out couch was very uncomfortable.
MoreRooms were clean and well maintained. Sleeper sofas are not very comfortable. Breakfast does allow for some healthy options. One of two elevators not working and has been down for a year.
