The Courtyard by Marriott Greenville Haywood provides a comfortable, high-quality stay, with well-appointed rooms and a professional, welcoming staff. The property is well suited for both business and leisure travelers and generally meets expectations for this category of hotel. However, the $10 daily parking fee creates an unnecessary point of friction, particularly given that paid parking is not typically expected at suburban hotel locations.

Staff was very good. Room was as requested/location as requested. Clean.But the place looks run down. Elevator was a mess, Not vacuumed, walls chipped.Our balcony unkept and molded. Grounds around the building were shoddy, unkept.We were passing through and One night was enough.Try elsewhere.

I stayed here 3 nights for business. I chose this property because it was cheaper than any Marriott property in downtown Greenville. Check in was easy. I basically confirmed my name and he handed over the keys. I don't recall a ID check or need to swipe my credit card.The lobby and room follow the typical Courtyard look. My room was an adequate size and was clean. Bed was comfortable enough, and there is a mini fridge for storing my drinks. I noted there was no safe. I don't recall having any noise issues.The gym is a typical size. Not very much equipment, but it was never busy either so it worked out.I didn't wander the local area. There might have been a restaurant or two nearby, but nothing easy to walk to. Overall, it was fine. It's what I would expect out of a Courtyard. It met my needs and nothing more.

We had business in the area and this hotel was adequate. Room was clean but the outside could use some attention. As we came in from the side door there was dirt from the landscape leaking into the sidewalk and cigarette butts everywhere.

Stayed four night every single morning they had to track down the Starbucks person always a hassle to get a cup of coffee.
