Call for 11. Didn't show until 11:20. I was late for work. Don't call Donnies taxi. Dispatcher sounded like they were asleep when I called at 11 to remind them I called.

Very rude service and poor driver. Does not take into consideration that they have someone's life in their hands and should not be driving a taxi. Won't be called again.
