Great addition to the downtown Indianapolis hotel array. The building is fresh, bright, new and very welcoming. Our room was contemporary and nicely furnished. The staff was unfailingly friendly, polite, and supportive (looking at you, Caleb V, but not only you). And the art!! How unexpected and truly wonderful!! We can’t wait to come back and stay longer to look at everything more closely.

Upon arrival experience was good. We were with a team for a tournament- 14 rooms total. This is an NFL sponsored event. Third night we were told by Brittany that we needed reservations to use the lobby area for a team meeting?? We politely went outside and continued our meeting. We were having a small gathering for one of the team members birthday. There were probably 20 of us, and as we were gathering by the large table in the lobby, Brittany turned the lights off on us, and then was obviously celebrating her “victory “ while calling for security. (Unknown why) Fortunately another Marriot associate was there to discern the information and handled the situation in a professional manner. This behavior by Brittany, a member of Marriot, is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. Please keep me posted as to the outcome of the situation by your management. Thank you,Steve Adolf
