Miranda hails from Surat Thani, a vibrant city in southern Thailand. From a tender age, she learned the art of cooking at the side of her mother and grandmother, absorbing the cherished traditions and flavors of her heritage. Nothing brings her greater joy than witnessing the delight on the faces of those who savor her dishes. In 2022, Miranda founded Jai Dee Thai Kitchen alongside her devoted husband and their two sons. Today, the family is joined by dear friends, together creating authentic Thai cuisine infused with genuine love and meticulous care.
