Ever since Cheesecake Factory opened, handicapped parking has taken a backseat. Now they have added PAID parking spaces ( 20 near entrance by the pizza place) that are much closer than the FOUR handicapped spaces. Mall mngmnt says they are complying with the law as regards handicapped spaces

A lot of malls are so badly designed, this is a refreshing change. Easy to explore, convenient amenities and fabulous selection of shops. Huge thankyou to Justin in LensCrafters who went out of his way to find correct screws to repair my daughter’s glasses. We just visited on the off chance and were rewarded with friendly attention, the services not charged for either! What a stellar gent and a remarkable asset to the company.

Waited over 45 minutes and told to wait for five different employees to simply pay in full for a new phone. Max (the manager) was not interested in customer needs and is argumentative and prone to making excuses for this unacceptable wait time.
