This is an excellent cigar and pipe tobacco store and lounge. The owner and staff are knowledgeable about the great selection and very attentive to customers. The regular customers make visitors feel welcome and right at home. It’s a great place to relax or to work remotely. I recommend them highly.

Visited as a regular several times per week for several years. Spent almost $100 per week regularly on cigars and pipe tobacco. Visited around 3 or 4 days per week on average. Had regular friends that I talked to, and really thought I enjoyed visits. It was the highlight of my week.I have a heart condition that forces me to take fluid pills, and causes me to have to go to the bathroom frequently. This has been true for years! Suddenly, owner told me that I crowded people going to the bathroom, and that I was talking loudly, etc. Customers had complained! This was a total shock! Rude & humiliating. Handicap inaccessible! I will not be coming back! There are other cigar and tobacco shops in town and online. I will buy from them. I'm not bothering with cigar lounges anymore either. Ruined the experience for me.

This place has it all - amazing and picturesque old building, very unique and inviting interior decor, nice views of the street through their large windows, great cigar selection as well as pipe tobacco and other items, and great staff that are knowledgeable and friendly. I love this place. Griff is especially nice and will smoke with you.

Good selection of cigars for my son; good selection of pipes and pipe tobacco for me. Sat down and played chess with my son while he enjoyed a fine cigar and I had a bowl of Jefferson's folly pipe tobacco. BRAVO. I have only lived in Staunton a short time but feel at home in this establishment. Knowledgeable and friendly employees. I have also sat outside and enjoyed the ambiance of old town Staunton.
