The 5 Spot has modern American cuisine in a friendly neighborhood set up that's known for its quick service and good comfort food. The decor is simple and functional. No pretension. About the food, it lacks pretension as well. From the breakfast menu, do try the Shrimp and Grits and the Huevos Rancheros. From the lunch and dinner menu, the House Smoked Wings, White Truffle Fries, Black and Bleu Burger and The Cuban Sandwich come highly recommended. The bar is the highlight of this place. It is a well-stocked bar with a knowledgeable bartender. Knock back a few beers or try their Haversham Harvest for a good time.
