My wife and I ate dinner here on December 19th, 2024, after walking from the nearby AMC Hoffman Center 22 movie theater. Our server Aster was fantastic. We enjoyed our grilled brie, chicken spicewich, toffee pudding, carrot cake, and Masters of War and Save the Bees cocktails. It was a lovely dining experience.

Breakfast at Trademark is not to be missed. I cannot say enough glowing things to say about this place. Every single person was smiling, kind and welcoming. We mentioned to the hostess that it was my sons birthday and we’d never been there before. A few separate people stopped by and wished him a happy birthday. He also received a delicious slice of chocolate torte. 5 stars for the outstanding service, yummy food and interesting decor. Thank you for a fun memory!

We went back to visit after not going for several months. The noise level is nearly like a football stadium after a touchdown is scored. Acoustic ceilings and other measures need to be implemented. I know that the management is trending toward a young demographic. However, there are lots of people in the neighborhood who aren't young-uns. I have mentioned this in the past but my requests have fallen on deaf ears. When you have to shout for the person next to you for them to hear, you have a problem. Food is always consistently good -- even for a hotel restaurant. This location has become a drinker's paradise and is not conducive for conversation. If you must go, and that's a big if, then go at lunch when their is less imbibing and the noise level is only down to a roar.

Just what was expected of a Westin Bar/eatery. Staff was friendly and helpful with menu selections. Nice for a quick drink and bite to eat. Would have liked to try breakfast but we needed to be on the road before they opened.Would recommend.
