I stayed in 348 in May 2026 just recently. I like the location. The room was small but very cleaned. The young lady Ti'phanie was very helpful and kind during the duration of my stay. The rest of the staff except for her and Mrs.Melinda, seemed sketchy and standoffish. There was also excessive noise early in the morning on both sides of me. Other than that I had a comfortable stay, with no problems .

DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU CAN NOT GET ANY SUPPORT, dirty, rude staff, old, cockroaches all over, dirty, smelly, they hang up on your calls

The staff were very friendly, I feel like they went out of their way to make me feel at home. I felt safe and comfortable. The room had everything I needed and I spent almost two months there. It was actuality kinda hard to leave. I felt like it was my space.

This hotel was the most horrible experience of my life the keys don’t work, the room is never cleaned weekly. The customer service is terrible they make false promises the rooms smell like smoke and when you complain about it they leave a violation notice at your front door even still was a free stay I won’t accept omg management is horrible they threaten to call police on me because I was waiting on Uber I rate this hotel 1 of 10 don’t come here

Enjoyed a week of peaceful sleep and relaxation. Room was spacious and my kids enjoyed the restaurants that were also close by. I recommend going back for sure. Housekeeping made sure our room was clean during our visit. Thanks for the peace and quiet.
