Uptown Cheapskate offers gently worn brand name fashion at a fraction of the prices paid in malls, department stores and specialty boutiques. Uptown Cheapskate provides a new way to shop. We stand behind the tag lines "buy sell exchange" and "our cash, your clothes ...lets trade". Our concept is quite simple. We buy and sell gently worn like new items at prices that everyone can get excited about. Free People, Obey, Project Social, American Eagle and Nike are some of the brand names that they're looking for. Uptown Cheapskate pays cash on the spot for the items that we're able to sale and offers to donate any remaining items that you bring in. Buys accepted up to 1 hour before close each day. The core customers are male and female between the ages of 13-35. Someone with a great fashion sense but that may be unwilling to spend tons of money on brand name clothing. Uptown Cheapskate is a second-hand store without the usual grunge and clutter, with clean lines and well-organized racks of clothes -- topped by a funky selection of shoes, bags and accessories. But as with any second-hand store, the adventure is seeing what treasures are buried among the other stuff.

MoreI went to sell clothes and they said they didn't buy the items because of the condition but most of that bag was new and I never wore it. And when I came in the ladies working were more focused on...
MoreTrying to sell, emphasis on trying. We were told it would be a 45 minute wait. That's not a problem. We were told we had to remain on the premises the entire 45 minutes because it's a store...
MoreI have mixed feelings about this location. I drove an hour away to come here today and had a feeling they would take most of my stuff. As they were sorting, I went shopping and found a lot of the...
