Absolutely the worst experience EVER. When the driver came to pick us up the first thing he did was ask to go in the house to use the bathroom. As he was putting our bags in the car, he went on and on about how heavy they were. Then, before we even got out of our little town for our 85 mile drive, he insisted on having everyone’s passport to present at the pier, and ordered one of us to collect them. He changed lanes constantly while we were driving, was going so fast that the four of us were scared to death. When we asked him to stop at a bathroom before arriving at the port, he told us no, there is a bathroom at the port. He, Ken, was so angry and rude. We called and reported this to the only person who (sometimes) answers the only phone number that they provide, Bill, and requested a different driver for our return trip, which we had been forced to repay. Bill said okay. But WAIT, it gets worse. We contacted LeBlanc by email the day before our scheduled pick to be sure that a different driver was picking us up. The response was that is the only driver I have for you. I will refund your credit card. We emailed and called LeBlanc many, many times that day (in the middle of our last day of vacation) to advise that our trip not be refunded, as we had no other transportation, and those attempted contacts went unanswered. Alas, LeBlanc Limo did, indeed, leave the four of us, senior citizen women, STRANDED at a cruise port some 85 miles from home. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU NEED TO GET SOMEWHERE!!!
