tripadvisorI have done several ghost tours in various parts of the country and Max’s in Ybor City did not disappoint. My friends and I ended up essentially having a private tour and it was exciting and engaging from start to finish. He sprinkles in some general history of Ybor as well, which gave the haunted stories more context. The ghost hunting equipment for El Circulo Cubano was an amazing added bonus. My friends and I got several photos of anomalies. I highly recommend this tour for any fans of paranormal lore.
MoreThere are several different separate tours offered by this outfit : NB downtown and Ybor are separate tours . Didn't realize this until we showed up for the tour! We actually did the downtown ghost tour with Kyle . It was a fun way to learn about the interesting history of Tampa and Kyle was very knowledgeable so we had a good time and learned a lot! Looking forward to trying the Ybor tour next time !
MoreWe had so much fun on our ghost tour! We did it as part of my bachelorette party and the tour guides were more than accommodating. We had an issue while booking and they sorted it out for us no problem. Our guide was great, i feel like i learned so much about ybor that i didnt know before. The best part of our night! Thank you so much
MoreThe tour was amazing!! I will def go again soon. Max is a great guy who knows his history and genuinely enjoys giving tours. The ability to go inside of some of the haunted locations made for a great night, I didnt want it to be over. The locations are haunted, we saw and took pictures of things that cannot be explained
MoreRose Ann brought history to life! We took the evening Haunted Tampa tour. Our tour included visits to multiple sites throughout old Tampa, covering the time period from when native Americans lived here, through the wild days of the 1900's. Sites ranged from the interior of an old hotel, to the local cemetery. She explained so many of the backstories and spirit history behind the places we drive by all the time. We spent a fun evening with family during her tour. I highly recommend this tour for residents and for visitors.
